He has a proven track record of developing and executing innovative treatment programs, leading multidisciplinary teams, and enhancing client care through evidence-based interventions.
Throughout his career, Grady has demonstrated his ability to effectively integrate health services into treatment plans by closely coordinating with medical professionals. His experience includes implementing various therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing. Grady excels at monitoring program effectiveness and client progress, adjusting treatment strategies based on outcomes to ensure the highest quality of care.

Grady holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from the University of Michigan and a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University’s School of Psychology.
