Cara holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Florida and a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University’s School of Psychology. As a Master’s Certified Addictions Professional, she specializes in addiction treatment, offering compassionate support and evidence-based interventions. Cara's approach is rooted in empathy and understanding, recognizing the unique challenges faced by those struggling with addiction.
